I was a little skeptical about a plush being this soft, but the fabric is genuinely velvety and the fins are stitched on so well that it survives my dog’s enthusiastic "hello" grabs. Scooter has officially claimed the corner of my couch and I don’t mind one bit.
Scooter’s been on my bed for a week and he’s honestly the first plush that’s made me smile every time I walk in the room. He’s soft enough to hug but sturdy enough to prop against the pillow, and that “fiercest friend” description totally fits his goofy grin. Bought him for myself, no regrets.
The fins are stitched on tight enough that my toddler has been dragging him around by one all week without any rips, and the fabric is impossibly soft for cuddling. I genuinely smile every time I walk past him lounging on the couch—he’s got way more personality than I expected from a plush.
